The equipment cannot be sealed and the dust is large. Dust and exhaust gas are prone to overflow and difficult to control. The skill requirements of the granulator are relatively high.

2. The inclination angle of the large disc is adjustable. Angle gaskets are used, which are flexible and convenient to adjust.

4. The large disc consists of a disc body and a disc section. Reduce the power of the main motor. The disc section can be adjusted up and down along the disc body. The end of the disc section is a side flange, which can ensure that the ball is not pulled or torn when the ball leaves the disc.
5. Brand-new dredging design, with non-powered combined scraper to clean the edges and bottom, and corner scraper to clean the corners, combined with special plate treatment technology, the dredging and balling effects are good, no large mud clumps will appear, and 90% of the ball diameter is 3-5mm.
Usage and purpose:
Working principle of the disc granulator: It is mainly composed of an angled disc and a base, and its angle is adjustable. During the granulation process, the materials mixed by the mixer are conveyed to the top of the disc by a conveyor and added to the disc in a continuous and quantitative manner. The materials in the disc are adhered by the adhesive sprayed under the disc and wrapped into granules. As the disc rotates, the particles gradually grow. Since this machine has a significant grading ability, large particles float on the surface and flow out continuously from the bottom of the disc, while small particles continue to grow with the newly added materials. The machine has the characteristics of uniform granulation, less return particles, and large production capacity.

4. In particular, the granulation of ammonium carbonate and ammonium sulfate compound fertilizers is a national environmental protection applicable technology promotion project.
