Functional characteristics:
Using the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the resulting air power, the fine powder material is continuously mixed, granulated, spheroidized, and compacted in the machine, thereby achieving the purpose of granulation. The particle shape is spherical, the sphericity is ≥0.7, the particle size is generally between 0.3-3 mm, the granulation rate is ≥90%, and the particle diameter can be appropriately adjusted by the material moisture content, mixing amount and spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing amount, the higher the speed, the smaller the particles, and vice versa.
Application range:
This machine is particularly suitable for granulating light fine powder materials. The finer the basic particles of the fine powder material, the higher the sphericity of the particles and the better the quality of the pellets. The crawler compost turner converts pollutants such as livestock and poultry manure, agricultural waste, sugar factory filter mud, sludge, and domestic garbage into green biological organic fertilizer through the principle of aerobic fermentation. It can achieve one day of heating, 3-5 days of deodorization (killing ova and bacteria in feces), and seven days of fertilizer formation, which is faster and more efficient than other mechanical fermentation methods. Disc granulator: (also called ball-forming disc) is one of the main equipment in compound fertilizer production line and organic fertilizer production line. Functional characteristics:
Dry materials are agglomerated into dense and hard blocks (cakes) under pressure, which is called extrusion process; the cakes are crushed and screened into granules, which is called granulation process. The role of extrusion is to expel the air between particles and to make the distance between particles close enough to generate attractive forces such as van der Waals force, adsorption force, crystal bridge and embedded connection. The strength of extruded granules is mainly formed by the interaction between molecules.
The drum screening machine uses a deceleration system to reasonably rotate the center separation cylinder of the equipment. The center separation cylinder is a screen composed of several annular flat steel rings. The center separation cylinder is installed in an inclined state with the ground plane. During work, the material enters the cylinder net from the upper end of the center separation cylinder. During the rotation of the separation cylinder, the fine material is separated from the top to the bottom through the screen interval composed of annular flat steel, and the coarse material is discharged from the lower end of the separation cylinder into the crusher. The drum screening machine is equipped with a plate-type automatic screening mechanism. During the separation process, the screening mechanism and the screen body are relative to each other, and the screening mechanism continuously “combs” the screen body, so that the screen body is always kept clean during the entire working process, and the screening efficiency will not be affected by the blockage of the screen hole.
