Three-in-one granulator with rotating gear
Functional characteristics:
The three-in-one agitator and stock-turning granulator uses the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the resulting air power to continuously mix fine powder materials in the machine, granulate, spheroidize, extrude, collide, densify, polish and other processes, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation. The shape of organic fertilizer particles is spherical, the sphericity is ≥0.7, the particle size is generally between 0.2-4 mm, and the granulation rate is ≥90%. The size of the granulator particle diameter can be properly adjusted by the moisture content, mixing amount and spindle speed of the material. Usually, the lower the moisture content and mixing amount, the smaller the particles and the higher the spindle speed, and vice versa. Our company can provide granulation technology and support according to customer materials.
The stock-turning agitator and stock-turning composite granulator is a molding machine that can make materials into specific shapes. The stock-turning agitator and stock-turning granulator is one of the key equipment of the granule production line. It is suitable for cold and hot granulation and large-scale production of high, medium and low concentration compound fertilizers. The main working mode is wet granulation. Through a specific amount of water or steam, the basic fertilizer is fully chemically reacted after being humidified in the barrel. Under specific liquid phase conditions, with the help of rotation and movement in the barrel, the material particles are squeezed and agglomerated into balls.
1. Good granulation effect: Combining the organic fertilizer stirring tooth granulation and drum granulation process, a new wet continuous push rod granulation process is adopted.
2. High work efficiency: It is made through process processing and has the characteristics of high carrying capacity, stable operation and high output efficiency.
3. Energy saving: There is no need to dry and crush the material before granulation. Spherical particles can be processed directly by mixing the ingredients, saving a lot of energy and cost.
